Transformative Mindfulness Practices for Managing Anti-racism, Discrimination and Inclusion in the Workplace

Teaching anti-racism, discrimination and inclusion requires personal self-awareness, mindfulness practice and a commitment to personal development. Through mindfulness training in an interactive and easy workshop setting, you can help your team develop the techniques to engage in problem solving around some of the most challenges issues in our contemporary world. From learning to listen to oneself and others to building an openness to personal and institutional change, the exercises will foster the ability to develop self-awareness, inter-personal trust and healthy group processes for managing systemic racism and its impact in the workplace.

Register your team and make possible an opportunity to learn and embrace mindfulness techniques to build strong teamwork possibilities. The workshop sessions are centred around helping staff members to understand larger issues around racism and discrimination and work toward an appreciation of difference and inclusion in the workplace. Ultimately the goal will be to explore mindfulness techniques, internal insights and group processes that will move each individual member toward individual awareness and group empowerment.

Structure: The workshops are very interactive and involve the use of techniques that are developed by Tulsi Mindful Pathway and can be booked as either half-day or full- day sessions. Available in person or in a webinar format using Zoom technology. Register and discover the joy of mindfulness techniques for your team.
